Barfußpfad – unten ohne durch den Park

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=“15″][vc_column_text]Der Barfußpfad führt über schmale Wald- und Wiesenwege, an Schilfgürteln entlang und durch morastige Stellen. Dann wiederum geht es über gärtnerisch gepflegte Flächen mit Rasen und befestigten Wegen bis zum Sandstrand und dem Wasser der Warnow. Unterwegs trifft man auf einzelne Felder mit Blähton, Kunstrasen, Kiesel, Lehm, Rinde, Splitt und – für Mutige – Glasscherben!

Durch das Barfußgehen ist die Natur erlebbar und es bietet eine persönliche Erfahrung der Sinneswahrnehmung. Mit den Füßen werden verschiedenste Reize wahrgenommen. Gleichzeitig wird etwas für die Gesundheit getan und es bereitet Spaß – ein Angebot für Jung und Alt.

Der Barfußpfad im IGA Park erstreckt sich auf einer Länge von zwei Kilometern. Gern kann auch die Kurzstrecke (1 km) genutzt werden. Der Pfad führt die barfüßigen Besucher über schmale Wald- und Wiesenwege, an Schilfgürteln entlang und durch morastige Stellen. Gärtnerisch gepflegte Flächen mit Rasen und befestigte Wege gehören ebenfalls zu diesem Weg, der bis zum Sandstrand und dem Wasser der Warnow führt. Unterwegs trifft man auf einzelne Felder mit Blähton, Kunstrasen, Kiesel, Lehm, Rinde, Splitt und – für Mutige – Glasscherben!

Abwechslung bieten zusätzliche 16 Stationen: Baumtelefon, Fühlkästen und Blindgang sollen die Sinne ansprechen. Hangelleiter, Liegestütz und Barren wecken den Sportsgeist, ein Rastplatz bietet Entspannung.

Führungen sind als Umweltbildungsangebot nach Anmeldung möglich, die sich an Kinder und Jugendliche richten.
